There is a rubber band in my mouth. 
My dentist put two metal materials on my upside  as well as downside back teeth.
Each of them have a "hook" on it; and  I have to  fix a rubber band NO.4 (it's really small) on the hooks.
It is those HOOKS which really made me feel SICK!
I do not feel any pain after I got the materials in my mouth but the downward  hook which set on my downside back tooth  is just so close to my throat that gradually hurt my throat.
And my throat started to have some phlegm. It just made me feel like getting cold. 

I have to take the band out of my mouth whenever I want to eat or brush my teeth.
I have to fix it back then.
But I am really a LAZY girl... 哀

After all, the only thing I can do is just following the instruction from my dentist.
There is no any other way for me after I started and determined to do it.
Well, it just like all the other thing in my life.
